Easy Returns for Your Convenience

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days for a refund of the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees). If your order included free shipping the actual delivery cost will be deducted from your refund, along with any return shipping fees if we arrange the return.

Return Guidelines

Original Packaging

The product must be returned in its original packaging, which should be in good condition. If the item requires assembly, please disassemble it and place back in the original packaging.

Checking Features

If you need to inspect a colour or feature, please do so without assembling the item.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Request a Return Authorisation: Email support@luxoliving.com.au and include clear photos of the product in its original packaging.
    Please submit your return request early to allow sufficient time for approval and return transport. To qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee, the item must be returned to and received by Luxo Living within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  2. Receive Your RA Number: We’ll provide you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and return instructions. An RA does not extend the 30-day return period. If your RA is issued close to the end of this period, your item must still be received by Luxo Living within the original 30-day timeframe. Returns received after this deadline will not be accepted.

  3. Refund Processing: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will usually be processed within 7 days.

Important Note

For health and hygiene reasons, mattresses, rugs, and bed sheets can only be returned if they are in unopened and sealed packaging.
