### Why Choose a Traditional Finnish Sauna?

A quality sauna at home makes it easy to relax and improve your health. Finnish saunas heat stones to create steam, which makes you sweat and removes toxins. Some types of saunas, like infrared saunas, work differently. Infrared saunas use infrared heat to warm your body directly, while traditional saunas create a steam-filled space. Both are great for wellness, but if you love deep, natural heat, a traditional sauna is a great choice.

### Installation Information:
- Needs a licensed electrician – Must be wired to a 25AMP socket
- No plug included – Must be connected to your home’s power supply
- Double-sided glass – Should be installed by a professional
